Other Student Projects

Our Institute, in cooperation with the Open Science project, offers several topics for secondary school students for their student works.

The topics are:

  1. Accurate timekeeping
  2. Preparation of InP layers of liquid microchannel epitaxy and study of their properties using an electron microscope
  3. Measurement of the electrical properties of semiconductor washers with micropores
  4. Verification of the possibility of using such structures as gas sensors
  5. Measurement of the influence of the anisotropy of the pores of the semiconductor sensitivity to various gases and use of this effect to the selective function of the sensor
  6. The calculation of the real and imaginary components of impedance RC model with a dispersed parameters microporous structure
  7. Topography measurements of thin films skutterudites by scanning with a tunneling microscope
  8. Achieving ultra-high vacuum




IPE carries out fundamental and applied research in the scientific fields of photonics, optoelectronics and electronics. In these fields, IPE generates new knowledge and develops new technologies.
