Associated Professor Miroslav MILER

Prof. Miroslav Miler received his equivalent of PhD degree in optics and spectroscopy from Palacky University Olomouc, Czech Rep., in 1967, and DSc. degree from Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences in 1990. Since 1964 he has been with the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences, Prague, working in infrared optics, optical communications, holographic imaging, interferometric holography, optical recording materials, planar optics, and his current research interests are in holographic diffractive optics. He has published over 80 research papers, and in 1974 his book on optical holography appeared in Czech version, which was then translated into Russian and German.
