Co-investigator:
From: 1. March 2006
To: 31. December 2011
Project number:

The aim of the prolonged project is to refine the model of regulation of plant morphogenesis by phytohormones, in particular auxins and cytokinins, on the basis of results obtained and published in the frame of the original project. With the assistance of analytical, biochemical and visualization techniques, interactions between various signaling pathways will be characterized on the molecular and cellular levels, with respect to perception, transduction as well as functional impact of signals involved.Special attention will be paid namely to modifications of structure and function of cell membranes and cytoskeleton and their role in processes of secretion, growth and differentiation. New optical technique for intracellular detection of selected chemical characteristics which was developed in the frame of the original project will be elaborated into the protocol directly usable for particular biological measurements.
