The improvement of the Research Environment at the Institute of Photonics and Electronics of the CAS – HR Award

The project focuses on improving the strategic management of the Institute of Photonics and Electronics of the CAS through five key activities. The main objective is to obtain and defend the HR Award as a standard of excellence in human resources management. Other activities include developing technology transfer, increasing protection against external influences, strengthening cybersecurity, PR, and promoting the institute. The project is tailored to the size and specifics of the ÚFE with the aim of supporting its scientific excellence.

The project received financial support from the Jan Amos Komenský Operation Programme of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and is co-financed by EU funds.
