Formation, structure and biochemical activity of enzyme &#8211; nucleic acid complexes in respect to the base sequence and\/or nucleotide modification will be studied on selected cleavageand regulation enzymes. Methodological developments will comprise (i) technical and mathematical solution for precise Raman spectroscopy in nmol quantities, (ii) construction of high-resolution surface plasmon resonance sensor system with up to eight real-time observation channels, (iii) design of complex biomolecular interaction models considering effect of hydrodynamic conditions, (iv) preparation of structurally diverse sugar-phosphate backbone modified oligodeoxynucleotides.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","vyzkumne_tymy":[52],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.ufe.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/grantove_projekty\/21785"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.ufe.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/grantove_projekty"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.ufe.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/grantove_projekty"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.ufe.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=21785"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"vyzkumne_tymy","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.ufe.cz\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/vyzkumne_tymy?post=21785"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
