The \u00daFE has set rules for reporting potential infringements through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufe.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/smernice-o-ochrane-oznamovatelu-web.pdf\">the Whistleblower Protection Directive (in Czech only)<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>1. Possible ways of sending notifications:<\/strong><\/p><p>I. Notification via VOS (internal notification system of the \u00daFE)<\/p><p>a) in writting<\/p><ul><li>by letter to the Institute of Photonics and Electronics of the CAS, v. v. i., Chabersk\u00e1 1014\/57, 182 00 Prague 8, with the envelope marked \u201cVOS &#8211; DO NOT OPEN\u201d;<\/li><li>by email to the email address <a href=\"mailto:protipravni.jednani@ufe.cz\">protipravni.jednani@ufe.cz<\/a>;<\/li><li>via the communication platform accessible <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/pages\/responsepage.aspx?id=ZDGMq_MSvkmgWGY8tTAWxZFNmZsJWUpOmzNkwd8jrR9URUxWRUEyUE9INUxIUlJOR0xONFJXTDJaSC4u&amp;route=shorturl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><p>b) orally<\/p><ul><li>by phone at +420 266 773 507 (Magda Stockettov\u00e1);<\/li><li>after agreement and within a reasonable time also in person.<\/li><\/ul><p>II. Notification via EOS (a system provided by the Ministry of Justice), at the following web address <a href=\"https:\/\/app.oznam.to\/napsat-oznameni?hash=fj40xhi07clxoj4x1vv1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/oznamovatel.justice.cz\/chci-podat-oznameni\/<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>2. Only the competent persons who properly assess the validity of the notification shall be made aware of the notification. The persons responsible are:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufe.cz\/en\/z\/magda-stockettova\/\">Magda Stockettov\u00e1, MSc., LL.M.<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufe.cz\/en\/z\/tomas-vojtek\/\">Bc. Tom\u00e1\u0161 Vojtek BSc.<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.
