As part of its professional program, it will present the main directions of glass research and development and provide a platform for communication between glassmakers from academia and industry. The conference will also include a program with the Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry, where current problems in industry and education will be discussed.<\/p>\n<p>The conference will take place on\u00a0<strong>November 9-11, 2022 in Prague<\/strong>\u00a0at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotelduo.cz\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hotel DUO<\/a>. As part of the professional program, the contributions of scientists Ivan Ka\u0161\u00edk (<em>Advances in the field of optical fibers<\/em>) and Jan Mr\u00e1zek (<em>Glass-ceramic luminophores for the short and mid-infrared range<\/em>) will be heard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On November 9, from 18:30<\/strong>\u00a0(after the end of the program), there will be a\u00a0lab tour\u00a0to the optical fiber technology laboratories of \u00daFE in Prague 6-Lysolaje.
