Please fill out your personal data in the Online Registration Form.
You can select any of the optional services through the same form
(lunch & banquet vouchers, accommodation).
The Plenary Sessions are opened free of charge to all participants from the scientific community who have registered to the event. Please do not forget to sign also the Attendance List at the Registration Desk before entering the Conference Hall.
Filling out the Online Registration Form now will help us to organize the event and will make the process on the registration desk smoother.
All registered participants are welcome at the Coffee Breaks during the event.
OPTIONAL SERVICES (lunch & banquet vouchers, accomodation)
No meals/accommodation free of charge are provided by the Organizer. For the convenience of the participants (including the invited speakers) some additional services are offered (see below) and they are subject of payment individually by the participant. Entrance to the Lunches/Banquet will be allowed upon lunch/banquet vouchers only - for those participants who have bought such vouchers!
As participants pay the meals/accommodation themselves and because no COST support (LOS) is used by the Local Organizer to cover these optional services, the reimbursement of COST participants will not be affected (they will be reimbursed based on the usual COST rates that will refund these expenses).
Through the Online Registration Form you can:
On-site payments will be accepted on the exceptional basis only! * Highly recommended for those who wish to join all social events. ** This is a special offer for a private banquet-style catering lunches for the participants who wish to accept this offer - entrance will be allowed upon lunch vouchers only! Having lunches directly in the venue place is highly recommended – it is more comfortable and will save a lot of time. Of course there are some restaurants close to the venue if you decide not to accept this offer. *** Your reservation will be confirmed by AMCA Agency after payment. If there are no rooms available in the selected hotel, then AMCA Agency will offer you another hotel nearby or will return you the amount you have paid for the accommodation through the Online Registration Form. |

Organizers will assist you on the transfer from the venue place (IPE) to villa Lanna.
Meeting point: IPE reception, 18:00, April 9, 2015.
Transfer: by the public transport.
Villa Lanna is located just 10 min walking distance from Hradčanská subway station on subway line A (green line).
